MITP
MW Music in the Park
is a free, family friendly venue.
Shows are every Sunday from 4-6 PM throughout the summer. Some special show may also be included.
Please feel free to bring your family, a blanket or lawn chairs, food and beverages of your choice.
You may come by car, bike, or boat. Limited dock space is available, but feel free to anchor off shore and listen to the music.

About
Music in the Park
Our goals are simple.

Contributing to the entertainment in downtown Manitowish Waters.

Create a community event that can be enjoyed by all (locals, tourists, young and old)

Give the community something to do on Sunday afternoon, without having to spend any money.
Music in the Park is an independently run organization.
A three-person board oversees MITP; Barry Hopkins (The Pea Patch), Ty Rayala (Great Escapes Technologies), and David Gouwens (Calm Water Solutions). All donations to Music in the Park are spent on the bands, production, or improvements to Koller Park needed to continue to host our event. MITP will roll over any money left after the season to the following season.

No strict dress code but please,
wear shorts and/or sunglasses.

MITP is free of charge.

Parking
There is a limited amount of parking at Koller Park.
We recommend parking downtown.
Alcohol
MW does not have an open container law. Lets try to keep it that way. Please drink responsibly. You may bring beverages from home or from one of the bars in town.
